There is an extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing.

Also, because I work differently from other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest, I don’t ever want to have more than 5 properties on the market at any time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their properties and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them to have to wait for me to get back to them.
